Video of Clear Modems Resetting Every 3 Minutes

A video of 2 Clear modems that are BOTH resetting about every 3 minutes. 35mb, 13 minutes.

When the modems recycle, all connectivity is lost including web and the Clear phone line.

This video was taken at the intersection of 15th St and Eighth Ave in NY, NY 10011 on Sept 5 2011 at 11:45am

These modems work just fine at another location across town, so clearly the problem is not the modem. It is caused by the Clear system serving this location.

The reception was fine at this location for months. The problem started on Friday August 19th when a thunderstorm when through NYC.

Although not this in a video, we also have two of the small portable modems. They BOTH have the same problems with connectivity in this location. So that is FOUR (4) modems with the exact same problem.

Why hasn't Clear detected this problem on their own? Surely they monitor their equipment.

Why, after literally TEN (10) phone calls and chats, has Clear not been able to UNDERSTAND this problem?

DO NOT BUY CLEAR SERVICE.

STAY WITH YOUR LOUSY CABLE PROVIDER.

THEY AT LEAST SHOW UP EVENTUALLY AND FIX YOUR PROBLEM!
